Clear straw-yellow in color, this wine is made from Manzoni grapes cultivated on our own hillsides. After manual harvesting and soft pressing, vinification is carried out in temperature-controlled steel tanks, producing a wine with an elegantly fruity fragrance and lightly aromatic undertones. The palate is at once rounded, polished, flavorsome and balanced, making it the ideal companion to vegetable risottos and dishes based around fish or white meats. Best served at a temperature of 10° C.
