Prosecco Passito

 

This vino passito is made from a selection of the finest grapes cultivated in the Carpesica area that are left to dry naturally on racks. The must is then vinified and aged in oak barriques for around 12 months, followed by 2-3 months of in bottle aging. Dark straw-yellow in color, it exudes citrus-like perfumes and has a fresh, assertive flavor. A classic sipping wine, it can also successfully accompany foie gras, seasoned cheeses and dry pastries. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
