Metodo Classico Rosé
Spumante Brut
Made from Pinot Nero grapes, this Classic-Method Brut Rosé has a pale pink color, delicate white foam and fine-grained, persistent perlage. Bottle fermentation and 36 months of aging make this a dry spumante that is entirely devoid of harsh edges. The nose is loaded with forest fruits and Marasca cherries, with echoes of almonds and aromatic musk. A prestigious aperitif, its versatility allows it to work well with any number of gastronomic combinations. Serve chilled to a temperature of 6-8°C.
